Early signs suggest that this card is having very little impact on Limited and Standard play, likely due to the cost of transforming the card into The Incredible Hulk, but with Commander, you can play the Bruce Banner side as your Commander, and it offers a super cheap route to the transform mechanic while also giving you strong card draw
That said, it isn't even clear that it was better than High Tide
